Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 10 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use labelmentor.com and the basis on which LabelMentor provides its professional services. Our services help founders and businesses with product direction, manufacturer sourcing, branding, packaging and launch planning.

1. Website information and our role

LabelMentor provides advice, design and project support within the scope agreed with each client. Manufacturers, laboratories, printers and other specialists supply their own services independently. A supplier introduction does not make LabelMentor the manufacturer, seller or distributor of that supplier's products.

Product and packaging examples show client work or possible project directions. They are not offers to sell the pictured supplements or other physical products.

2. Enquiries and discovery calls

A discovery call is free and creates no obligation to buy a service. Selecting a date and submitting the booking form requests a time; the appointment is confirmed separately by LabelMentor. Please contact us promptly if you need to reschedule.

An enquiry or preliminary discussion does not appoint us to act for your business or authorise expenditure on your behalf.

3. Agreeing a paid project

Before paid work begins, the service description, accepted proposal or written agreement will identify the deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities and expected timing. For a package bought through this website, the package description and order confirmation also form part of the agreement. You must be at least 18 and have authority to purchase for the business you represent.

A separately agreed project contract takes priority over these general terms for that project, subject to mandatory law. Changes to the scope, extra revisions and additional tasks require agreement; they are not automatically included.

4. Fees, purchases and cancellation

The checkout or written quotation states the service price and applicable taxes. Manufacturing, samples, shipping, printing, testing, certifications and specialist fees are additional unless expressly included. Third-party orders and commitments require the client's approval.

Cancellation and refund requests should be emailed to contact@labelmentor.com. Please include the service and order or project reference. Our Refund Policy and the agreed project terms explain the treatment of completed work and approved external costs.

Where you purchase as a consumer and EU distance-selling rules apply, you generally have 14 days after the service contract is agreed to withdraw without giving a reason. Starting work during that period requires your express request. A lawful charge for work already supplied may apply if you then withdraw. The withdrawal right is lost after full performance only where the required express consent and acknowledgement were obtained. Merely viewing these terms or submitting an enquiry does not waive that right. Refunds required by law are issued within the applicable deadline.

5. Your input and supplier decisions

Please provide accurate briefs, authorised brand materials and timely feedback. Review specifications, quotes, samples and final artwork before approving them. Late information or changed requirements can affect the schedule; material changes to fees or deliverables must be agreed.

You decide whether to contract with a supplier. Supplier quotes, minimum quantities and lead times depend on the supplier's current confirmation. An introduction does not guarantee a supplier's performance, a particular price or a successful launch. This does not remove LabelMentor's responsibility to provide its own agreed services with reasonable care.

6. Product safety and specialist advice

Website content is general commercial information. It is not a medical recommendation, legal opinion or regulatory approval. The client's product and target market determine the testing, documentation, labelling and specialist reviews needed. Responsibilities for those tasks must be set out in the project scope. Sales, profits, certification and marketplace acceptance are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Website materials belong to LabelMentor or their respective owners. Commercial reuse requires permission. Ownership or licensing of commissioned designs and editable files follows the agreed package or project terms; third-party fonts, photographs and other assets may have separate licence conditions. Clients retain their own pre-existing materials.

Please share only information needed to assess your project. If a formula, supplier relationship or other trade secret needs special protection, request a confidentiality agreement before sending it. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Client work may be used in a portfolio only with permission or another agreed right to publish it.

8. Responsible website use and liability

Do not impersonate others, send unlawful material, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict misuse. External sites have their own terms and are outside our control. Website information and availability may change; contact us to confirm current project details.

Any limitation of liability must be consistent with applicable law and the agreed service contract. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. They do not release us from our own agreed obligations.

9. Questions, disputes and updates

Contact contact@labelmentor.com first about a concern so we can review it. Applicable law determines the governing law and competent courts unless a valid project agreement provides otherwise. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in the courts available to them under applicable law.

Updated terms carry a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing paid agreement without the parties' agreement or a legal requirement.
