Meet Kristiyan, your private-label mentor
I’m Kristiyan Beykov, founder of LabelMentor, based in Helsinki. Since 2018, I’ve helped entrepreneurs and businesses develop, source, brand and prepare private-label and white-label products for launch.
Before LabelMentor, I spent five years as Sales Manager at Honey, I’m Organic, bringing a commercial perspective to my work with founders.
Today, I guide entrepreneurs across supplements, skincare, personal care and functional foods, helping clarify product concepts, brand positioning, supplier options and packaging direction.

What we actually do
Launching a product with a manufacturer sounds simple until you are in the middle of it. We guide you through the decisions that decide whether a launch works: which product and format makes sense for you, how to find and approach the right manufacturer, what your packaging and labels need to communicate, and what compliance and readiness steps you should not skip before you go to market.
We do not manufacture products, we do not own factories, and we do not promise overnight success. What we do is help you avoid expensive mistakes, make informed choices, and get from concept to launch with a brand you are confident to stand behind.

Why we started
We have seen how confusing the white-label world can be for a first-time founder: conflicting advice, opaque supplier processes, and labels that look fine but create problems later. LabelMentor exists to be the calm, honest guide on the other side of that confusion.
