FAQs
Clear answers before you commit.
The questions founders ask about suppliers, budgets, responsibilities and the next step.
Can I start with just an idea?
Yes. Bring the category, intended market and questions you want to resolve. We can begin by defining the product brief.
Private label or white label?
A white-label route typically starts with an existing supplier product. A private-label brief may include changes or a custom specification. Suppliers use these terms differently, so confirm the actual scope.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product, format, packaging and manufacturer. We compare quoted minimums for your brief; there is no universal low-MOQ promise.
How much should I budget?
Service fees follow the agreed scope. Also allow for production, samples, packaging, delivery, testing, specialist work and launch materials. We provide a tailored quote after scoping.
How long does a launch take?
Timing depends on supplier availability, samples, specifications, reviews, production and your feedback. We agree milestones after scoping, rather than promising one fixed launch period.
Who manufactures and approves the product?
The selected manufacturer makes the product. Qualified providers handle technical formulation, testing and market-specific reviews where required. Responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Can you support an existing brand?
Yes. A focused brief can cover supplier comparison, a packaging refresh, a new product or the next launch stage. Further support is scoped around the work required.
Can I work with my own manufacturer?
Yes. Discuss a brief around your existing supplier, product specifications and the part you want LabelMentor to support.
What files will I receive?
For design work, the written scope identifies revisions, editable files, artwork formats and handoff requirements. Other services list their documents and decisions in the scope.
What happens after I enquire?
Kristiyan reviews your idea and questions. You discuss fit and the next step; any paid work follows an agreed written scope. A requested call time is confirmed by email.

Who owns the design files and supplier documents?
The proposal identifies the editable files, artwork formats and usage rights included in the handover. Manufacturer formulas, supplier documents and third-party assets may have separate ownership or licence terms.
Can you help prepare a Shopify launch?
Yes. We can scope the storefront and product-content work alongside sourcing and packaging. The proposal identifies what LabelMentor delivers, any specialist providers and the costs of implementation.
Are the catalogue products ready to order?
The catalogue shows reference concepts. Product availability, formula rights, minimum orders, packaging and permissible claims are confirmed for your specific brief before a production commitment.
